He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the wildlife and ecosystem. He did an amazing job finding animals and explaining everything we were seeing along the way. His enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone in our group. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the entire day was organized perfectly.
